ASN Compliance Rate
The percentage of shipments with a valid, timely 856 ASN. Most retailers require 95–99%+ compliance.

ASN Accuracy Rate
The percentage of ASNs that exactly match the physical shipment. Discrepancies trigger shrink chargebacks.

PO Acknowledgment Rate
The percentage of 850s acknowledged with an 855 within the retailer’s required window.

Invoice Accuracy Rate
The percentage of 810 invoices that match the original PO without discrepancies.

Label Quality Score
